A SPANISH PNB (PATRÓN DE NAVEGACIÓN BÁSICA) LICENSE OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY OR AN INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE OR BOAT LICENSE IS REQUIRED.

If you do not have a boat license you can hire the skipper: € 150 per day, (from 12,00 to 20,00 hour) € 80 per half day, (from 11,00 to 14,00 hour or from 16,00 to 20,00 hour) 

If you have a proper certification but you do not have much experience, we will be happy to explain everything you may need for a safe navigation.
Additionally, our boats are equipped with GPS tracking systems that allows us to locate you at all times in the event you may require our assistance.

BOATS WITH CABIN MAXIMUM CAPACITY (KIRK) IS 6 OCCUPANTS. (But please keep in mind there are only beds for 4 people)

Our llaüts decks are very roomy and cozy and during the day 6 people can be comfortably accommodated on board.
However the smaller size of the cabin only allows for 2 double beds, making it ideal for 4 people at night.
Therefore when booking for a group of 6 people, we offer the possibility of using the deck mattress to sleep on the outside, providing you with two sleeping bags and extra cushions free of charge.
Obviously you should consider the inconvenience of sleeping outside, in addition to the possibility of adverse weather.

BOATS WITH CABIN SCHEDULES (KIRK)

For day+night rental:

• Boat pick up time: between 12:00 h and 14:00 h
• Return: before 11:00 h of the next day. (Delays will be strictly penalized)

For day rental:

• Boat pick up: 12:00 h
• Return: 20:00h

The rental price is the same.

SOLARIUM BOATS CAPACITY IS: SCOTTY 5 OCCUPANTS, LA FORGE 8 OCCUPANTS

SOLARIUM BOATS SCHEDULES (SCOTTY AND LA FORGE)

For day rental:

• Boat pick up time: At 11:00 h. With skipper the departure is at 12:00h.
• Return: At 20:00 h. The Delays will be strictly penalized 

For half day rental:

• Morning: Boat pick up: 10:00 h, return at 14:00 h.
• Afternoon: Boat pick up: 16:00 h, return at 20:00 h.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

TOURS SCHEDULES:

• Morning: Boat pick up: 10:00 h, return at 14:00 h.
• Afternoon: Boat pick up: 16:00 h, return at 20:00 h.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

THE ACTIVITY IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS

SABARCA DE FORMENTERA REQUIRES A BOOKING DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL COST AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE REST WILL BE PAID BEFORE BOARDING THE LLAUT.

A deposit of €500 will be paid by credit card or cash when picking up the boat. On the solarium boats (Scottty and La Forge), the deposit can be canceled for €25/day.

The €30 supplement for the sunset excursion is payable on boarding.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you want to cancel your reservation send an email as soon as possible to  info@sabarcadeformentera.com.

A. For bookings of solarium llaüts: Scotty or La Forge.
– Cancelled with less than two weeks notice prior to the departure date: the deposit will not be refunded.                                                                                – Cancelled with less than 1 month and more than 2 weeks notice prior to the departure date: half of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancelled with 1 month or more notice prior to the departure date: the deposit will be fully refunded.

B. For bookings of cabined llauts: Kirk.
– Cancelled with less than 1 month notice prior to the departure date: the deposit will not be refunded.
– Cancelled with less than 6 weeks notice prior to the departure date and before than 1 month: half of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancelled with 6 weeks or more notice prior to the departure date: the deposit will be fully refunded.

CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS ATTRIBUTABLE TO SA BARCA DE FORMENTERA

Sabarcadeformentera may at its discretion cancel the booking, on that case rental cost will be refunded. (Realising the customer satisfied and renouncing any other compensation).

In case of delay in delivery by sabarcadeformentera, the proportionate share will be deducted. Overcome two hours the customer may cancel the contract.

ADVERSE CONDITIONS

A. For bookings of cabined llaüts (day + night rentals):  Kirk. if you can’t sail due to weather conditions, we give you two options:

1-You sleep inside the port and only pay half price.
2-You can postpone the activity in another available day.

B. For bookings of solarium llaüts (day rental): Scotty or la Forge.  if you can’t sail due to weather conditions, we give you two options:

1-You sleep inside the port and only pay half price.
2-We return you the booking amount.

PENALTIES FOR LOSS, DELAYS OR DAMAGES
In case of loss and / or damage to the material delivered, and in case of non-compliance with the agreed repayment schedules, Sabarcadeformentera will charge the following amounts:

-The time limit for returning the boat must be respected, proportional part will be charged plus 30€ to compensate Sabarca de Formentera.
-If the delay is greater than 2 hours and it causes the next customer to cancel its reservation, an additional penalty will be charged equivalent to one extra day of rental.

BOAT RENTAL WITH CABIN (KIRK)

RATES ARE FOR A BOAT RENTAL FOR ONE DAY+NIGHT (from 12 pm to 11am of the next day).
We also offer the possibility to rent a boat for a day only (no overnight stay). Llaüt pick up time: at 12 pm, return: at 8pm. Rate unchanged.
TAXES INCLUDED.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
– Mooring fee and use of their services (Showers and wc).
– Sheets and blankets.
– Boat Cleaning.
– Beach pack: beach umbrella, toy shovel and volley ball.
– Snorkeling Pack: includes goggles, snorkel and fins.

Compulsory insurance is included. The insurance deductible is €500. of which the lessee responds with the deposit of €500 deposited by card or in cash upon pick up of the boat.

NOT INCLUDED:
-Skipper, price: €150 per day, from 12 pm to 8pm.
-Fuel, price: Kirk 25€/day.

The llaüt is provided with a full tank of fuel, so you can set off as soon as you hop on board. This way you don’t have to waste time queuing and maneuvering for refueling (Charged in advance). The skipper is of controlling the fuel’s level.

SOLARIUM BOAT RENTAL SOLARIUM (SCOTTY AND LA FORGE)

RATES ARE FOR A BOAT RENTAL FOR ONE DAY (from 11 am to 8 pm) .
YOU CAN ALSO RENT HALF DAY IN THE MORNING from 10 am to 2 pm OR IN THE AFTERNOON from 4 pm to 8 pm  TAXES INCLUDED.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
– Boat Cleaning.
– Snorkeling Pack: includes goggles, snorkel and fins.

Compulsory insurance is included, with a deductible of €500, for which the lessee responds with the deposit deposited by card or in cash upon pick up of the boat. It is possible to cancel the deposit by paying €25/day in the case of solarium boats.

NOT INCLUDED:

THE RATES REFER TO THE RENTAL OF THE BOAT FOR HALF DAY IN THE MORNING from 10 am to 2 pm OR IN THE AFTERNOON from 4 pm to 8 pm.

SNORKEL EXCURSION can be indistinctly in the morning or afternoon.

SUNSET EXCURSION This is an afternoon excursion with a schedule adapted to the sunset. 

• May, June and July at 5 pm.  
• August at 4:30 pm.
• September at 4 p.m.  

The sunset excursion has a supplement of €30.
